Those came with my DK-9087S YoTD edition keyboard. It has some Chinese charcter printed on top of the keycap, likely related to this year's Zodiac sign. The switch is Cherry MX Brown, as the keyboard itself is brown switches. But as far as I know, there isn't that much retailers selling those yet. Just like as how hard would it be to get their keyboard supplied to retailers.
But here's a list of Ducky's partners worldwide. Maybe they might've already got these in stock, or otherwise keep an eye out for those.
Tigerimports.net has one free included with a purchase of 1 DK-9087 Shine 2 and 1 Ducky palm rest, but I can just get the key chain itself from Feng on eBay and a custom 1x1 R1 Keycap from wasdkeyboards.com
I would've thought so. Funny that it didn't come with 3 of my 9008S2 keyboards. Only got more red WASD keycaps. =\
