Dual network password error

Hi all,

I am having  a sort of big issue with my home internet network basically I try connecting to my homehub / router (virgin superhub2) I don't know if it is windows that is putting on a extra password to the network or the router it's self although it asks for two passwords one loads up with the magnifying glass icon on the windows password thing then for an extra network security code (which i did not set or ask for) and it drives me a bit barmy since I have to "reset" the hub back to defauly to get it back to one password then after like a day or two / pc on then off to back on it dose it again,

my setup I have all the drivers / wireless ones, my steam in home stream box is wired up (disconnected from any windows network) and then our smart tv.

I have had a look on the virgin superhub config settings and over the internet to no avail also any other device is like ok ill connect e.g. phones / tablets

Any help would be grand.

So what is the issue exactly? Signing into the superhub to fiddle with settings or connecting using WiFi?

A screenshot would be handy too.

PS. This might be better off in the Network Hardware Sub-Forum

it is signing into the wifi when i go to sign in because my windows 7 dose not auto connect to my wifi network it asks for two passwords i put the first one in which the hub it's self then a secondary password pops up, and by signing into the hub settings i mean to check about passwords and there is only one password. and I can get screenshots next time it happens

Is this happening on all machines on the network or just yours?

just mine so far I have done a fresh install of windows soo i have no clue...

Is the second dialogue box different to the first?
