Dual Monitor Woes :/

So, the problem is when I switch a video to full screen, about 7/10 times it will swap to the second monitor. When I exit the full screen mode the browser also is switched to the other monitor.

Just curious if anyone else has had this problem and if anyone knows of a way to fix it

It's suppose it's not that important, but HOLY SHIT IS IT IRRITATING. (it really starts to get to you after a while lol)

 

Side Notes: 

They are both different sizes and models.

Both are connected to my GPU one via VGA and the other HDMI.

(Don't know if that's useful or not)

I have a pretty similar set up from the sounds of it. Primary 1920x1080 HDMI screen and secondary 1440x900p VGA screen. I watch and play everything on the 1080 screen and watch  lot of Netfilx through the browse but I have never had this issue you have pointed out. The second screen is for TeamSpeak and Foobar and that sort of stuff. If it helps I watch Netflix with the other screen off. Physically with a switch on the back of the secondary monitor.
