Have you gone to the settings and checked the display options? What graphics card do you use? are you using binary propitiatory drivers or open drivers?

Im using a GTX 970 and dude Im really new to linux I dont even know how to install drivers. I have been looking at ways to install them but I cant find a way that works. can you please help, maybe give me the code to put into the ternimal or something please.

since you made allot of duplicated threads which is not the meaning of a forum, and also not allowed.
I would suggest that you use the search function.
There are a couple of threads about fixing dual boot issues.

Looks like yoy are going to need to repair your bootloader for Windows UEFI based systems. Before you follow my guide that @MisteryAngel linked (Thanks ;) ) uhmm I need to know if your windows installation is on a seperate physical Hard Disk Drive. If it is. unplug your ubuntu drive and follow my guide. If it isnnt... follow my guide but then you will need to start the Ubuntu CD again and restore your grub. However when you do restore grub be sure to restore it to your root partition so you can keep the bootloaders seperate... Good Luck. If you need help you can find me on IRC #teksyndicate on Efnet.. under the names ZeusRTZ, ZeusRootz.... or you can continue this thread and someone else will probably be able to help you follow my guide if I am not available. Also @Kai nvidia link is great too.. Not sure if he mentioned it in there but the xorg edgers PPA also includes the latests drivers... Have fun troubleshooting
