So I've started making some site with drupal and omega 3 and was wondering if someone could give me a quick guide on how to style it properly.

Also if someone could tell me how to get ruby/drush working properly in win8.1 i will send you a cookie.

To install ruby on windows:

http://rubyinstaller.org/

to install drush on windows:

http://www.drush.org/drush_windows_installer
