can i install the drivers from the cd that comes in the box of the parts i have and update them when i connect to the internet?
Yes. Typically, the driver CD is really dated, but it's there as a fallback, in case you don't have internet access. However, updating drivers can be a tedious, so, if you can, it's best to install updated drivers initially.
