Dream Build. Good Or Nah?

Hey Guys I've ended up changing my dream build a ton of times and I just can't finally settle at one build in which I can stay at in which I can have a great gaming experience and only for gaming movies, internet browsing, running programs and chrome fast with many tabs open. People tell me to go two way sli, people tell me get only one graphics card, no i7 4790k go i5 4690k, go radeon r9 290 not 780, motherboard isn't great choice, and all this other stuff that I really don't understand since I am new to the computer gaming world. I need alot of help and yes price of parts does count for me but I really do want a pc that can run games on highest settings at 1080p (might get a 1440p monitor in the future or even 4k but not entirely sure) with fps above 60 and don't dip under 40 or 35 because I hate lags during game.

Here's my build that I have come up with: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/yangster1997/saved/wHMwrH

Please help me end on the final verdict. I really just want to stay on one build and work towards it. Thanks Guys!

P.S. parts I already have are CX500 power supply, 1tb hard drive (Seagate)

That PSU might be a little small

Also FYI if you SLI 2 3bg cards, you still only have 3gb memory.  If you are looking at 4k I would go for the  6gb cards

first off, if you have your mind set on a certain build in terms of performance, brands you trust, and asthetics. don't let anyone say it is 'wrong'. buy what you want. that build would be beastly lol.

however, i would like to make a few suggestions that could save you some money, while still maintaining brands and whatnot.

i swapped the 187 board for a z97, which is compatible with the CPU you picked out of the box for sure... i can't remember if z87 needs a bios update or what. anyways. it is also cheaper. i mean, do you need that ROG terminal? and why 2 SSDS? i added a 1TB HDD. and swapped the 2 780s for ONE 780 Ti. i mean, it will be more than enough for 1080p. also bumped the psu down to 750. same psu though.

but i mean, do what you want :)

EDIT: didn't notice you said you have a HDD lol
