Dram Led error

Hey guys

So i just got my self a new "Sabertooth Z77" and some other parts. But the problem is that when i start my newly build PC the "Dram Led" light's up bright red indecating that there is some incompatible ram is the ram slot. But no matter what i try it will not even get to the start of BIOS just a black screen. But all the components is working and running.

What i tried:

Testing all the ram slot with only 1 ram and then 2 rams. But still error. Working on an older motherboard

Using the Memok button then it begin to blink red, then restart and still blinking, and after that full red led again.

Without the ram the motherboard make's an error sound kode indicating that there is no ram.

Changing for another set of ram and guess what, it still doesn't make it to bios, still black screen. note they also work on an older motherboard.

Motherboards:

Asus "Sabertooth Z77" <-- The new motherboard, can't even get to bios only black screen.

Asus "P8P67 Deluxe" <-- Older motherboard were the ram works.

Ram:

Corsair Vengence 16G(2X8G) Model nr: CMZ16GX3M2A1866C9 <-- The new ram which does not work in the Sabertooth Z77 but work in the old board.

Corsair Dominator 8G(2X4G) Model nr: CMP8GX3M2A1600C9 <-- Older ram that does not work the new Sabertooth Z77 but does work with the old.

So does any of you guys have an idea?

Are you sure the ram is compatible with clock frequency etc.

I have the same issue with my newly purchased SABERTOUTH Z77 and yes I'm completely sure that the ram is compatible as per manufacturer's recommendations.

Please  HELP!

tried resetting the cmos/bios?

I got the same problem with a Asus X99-M WS/SE and Corsair Vengeance® LPX 64GB (4x16GB) DDR4 DRAM 2400MHz C14 Memory Kit (CMK64GX4M4A2400C14).

Reseat the CPU and then reset the CMOS with the RAM in place. Then take either the red or blue pill and see me in the morning...
