I have recently updated my macbook pro 13" to MacOS from a subversion to Montery 12.3 and the DP Repeater just wouldn’t handshake with my MacBook pro anymore. Has anyone faced the same problem?
I would like to note that before the update, everything is working fine.
I had some small issues with my 2015 MBP’s with Monterey at first but not anymore. Was fixed in one of the previous updates.
Same here, can’t get it to work anymore. The same cabling and setup plugged into my lenovo laptop running linux works just fine.
I have spent a lot of time doing trials and errors, but nothing worked. The display just wouldn’t show up with the repeater.
I am not sure what has apple changed, but I’ve given up and decided to downgrade to Big Sur and things are working again. Strongly advise avoiding Monterey 12.3 for now.
