Without using the Steam client? I currently don't have any internet at home and dragging my desktop to somewhere else is currently impractical, so is there a way to grab it directly and then I can manually install the mod files?
The game in question is a legit copy of Shadowrun Returns I'd like to grab a few campaigns for.
It's not from the workshop but you can download a bunch of mods from here.
You have to register to download files oven 1mb (i think) but it's worth it, your can log in on any Nexus site with your account.
