Downgrading case size ( help )

Hey guys Im currently using a full tower with a Sentey Arvina Extreme Division Tower Case ( Full Tower ) its too big and I live in a area where I could encounter a tsunami and I need a smaller case I can carry easier so I can run to the car with it. I was thinking the BitFenix Mini-ITX and downgrading my mobo and switching to a water cooler from my massive air cooler.

current hardware that matters in the change

Intel Core i5-3570 LGA1155

ASUS P8Z77-V LK

EVGA SuperNOVA 850

Cooler Master Hyper N520

I was thinking of using a corsair h100i, would I need to get some case fans? Any input is welcome

BitFenix fans from what I hear are pretty solid, I don't think you would need any after markets. You will need an ITX mobo (or mini ITX depending on your case). The H100i is a massive cooler, and that is a really small case, I would advise checking out some smaller liquid cooling options. I personally have an H50 that has been extremely solid. Also check out the NZXT Kraken line of coolers, any with either single 120mm or 140mm fans.

In the tek's review of the case he says you could fit 2 h100's (not the i ) in there top and front I just need cpu cooled so the stoc front and a top sound plausable?

It is possible, it could just be bit cumbersome is all. It Are you planning on overclocking? Because a H100 could be overkill for a non overclocked CPU as well.

eventually I am going to switch to a k part cpu and I think it will help future proof my rig a bit.

So I need to pick a mini itx motherboard now I was looking at this mobo http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00906G97I/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER. I need some that can overclock and  uefi bio's are a plus

Zalman LQ315 is 75$ and 120mm 38 thick. This is the one. You can go for Node 304 and keep your air cooler as well...
