First time building a new computer for myself. I studied for quite some time and did all my research in order to make all my purchases for this build. My goal was to not pass a $700 dollar limit. When I found my ideal time to purchase on President's Day I went over to my local Fry's. After hours of shopping around and making sure I had all the parts and peices I hit my $700 dollar mark and was proud! I built a great system... However, I needed to grab my motherboard at the front desk with a slip they gave me. The slip had the part and prices I needed...but they grabbed me the wrong motherboard. The motherboard they gave me was about $150 dollars more expensive than I was going with. i didn't realize this until i got home. It was a nice motherboard....but I needed an AM3+ socket...the board was designed for intel with an LGA 1155 socket...now I'm on my way back to Fry's -_-
...so when going to Fry's make sure the person ringing up your stuff isn't a dumba**
