Don't if this would be good for my cpu

wanted to know if gpu would be good for my cpu i have the AMD A10-5800K Trinity and the gpu i was going to get was the HIS 7870 IceQ 2gb. if you don't think this a good a card for the cpu what do you think i should get i would prefer it not to be over $150 but if you could find a better one for $200 i would i buy it.

ps:the games i mostly play is league of legnds but i like try out a lot of games

Well, you have an APU, which is a CPU with built in graphics. It will work fantastically with the 7870, but not as well as a standalone CPU; they had to cut the performance of the CPU in the APU to fit the GPU (lots of "PU"s...). However, the 7870 is a fantastic card. Go for it, if you want performance.

so if i stand alone cpu it would be better but if i get this card is it good for my cpu

just want to know if i get the GIGABYTE GV-R667D3-1GI Radeon 6670 1gb and crossfire with apu how would it inprove my gaming if any

it would be better to get a FX 6300 since its the same price and you will get way more CPU performance from it

Yes, the performance would increase, but the 6670 is very weak compared to the 7870. You will be able to carry the 7870 over to your next build, assuming it is in the next 3ish years, and still be able to handle things well(ish). The 6670 is already outdated, practically.
