Does the 350D Windowed come with pre-installed standoffs?

Hello Guys!

 

I have a 350D WIndowed, and I have yet to buy my motherboard. When I looked in my screws that came with the case, there was ONE standoff! I haven't opened my box that came with the case until just then, so I know I didn't lose it. Do they come pre-installed?

They are probably in the bag of screws that is somewhere in the case or the box it came in.
