I purchased MSI H87M-E35 to setup a NAS server at home. I have 2x 3TB hdd. I want to setup Raid 0. In the amazon page they say it supports raid (http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Computer-Corp-H87M-E35-Motherboards/dp/B00HPQ0JTE). I have Pentium G3220 as processor. I can not figure out where in motherboard I can configure raid.

Read the manual, bios section (I am guessing that's what you want).
Usually you can see the driver disk that came with the motherboard and Raid should be listed on it as some of the drivers to install.
yes that board supports raid 0,1,5 and 0+1 (raid 10)
I still cant figure out where is the option to setup raid. I can both hdd on Sata1 and Sata2 slots but there is no option anywhere to Raid, not even in manual :/
