Does anyone know how to unbind F13,F20,F21,F22 and F23 in ubuntu 19.04?

I’m hoping someone can help me out because this has been driving me nuts!
I have discovered that the following keys are bound to…

F13 -> Opens Network Settings
F20 -> Toggles Microphone
F21 -> Toggles TrackPad
F22 -> Enables TrackPad
F23 -> Disables TrackPad

I have no use for these shortcuts and i would like to be able to use these keys for custom functions.
I have searched dconf and tweaks but i can not find anything relating to these keys.
I have also spend some time googling the issue and come up empty.
Does anyone have any ideas?

A friend of mine found this tutorial which shows how to use xmodmap to remap these keys back to themselves rather than the functions they are mapped to by default.
