Does anyone know how to get a PS4 controller to work with the pc version of Watch Dogs?

I need a controller for the driving sections of the game and dont own an Xbox, all I have is a PS4. I tried getting the PS4 controller to work last night but had no luck. Anyone know of a fix for this?

http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-DS4-To-XInput-Wrapper or http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-DS4Windows-yet-another-DualShock-4-driver and download the latest. I have the DS4 and personally I wouldnt recommend playing it with a controller. What the program does is converts the input from the DS4 into an xbox controller. The DS4 uses DirectInput which is an old language. XInput is the newer and latest supported language which is what the Xbox 360 controller uses. The program also makes use of the trackpad so you can use it as a mouse and it also enables rumble support on officially supported XInput games which Watch_Dogs is.

This is not accurate, DirectInput is not old and XInput is not new, they are just simply different, DirectInput is the standard agreed upon back when controllers first started getting popular, but then Microsoft being the greedy folk that they are wanted to develop a proprietary standard that they could then use to strong arm developers into getting licenses for. But the fact is both standards are up to date and have the same capabilities XInput actually having the disadvantage of not supporting features that the x360/xb1 controllers are not capable of, So its no wonder Sony uses the true industry standard protocol and not Microsofts.
