Do you think this would be a good media box

Ok I'm thinking about building a Netflix / movie pc those things only nothing more. Does anyone think this would work just fine for that? Here are part links.

I guess the rest don't really just a case,psu and hard drive. I'm wanting to know if this is a good or bad way to go for something like this. I don't want to spend the money for a disappointment

Those parts are perfect. In my opinion the A10-5800K is a bit overkill and you can get the new Richland A8 for $10 less.
