Do We Have Any Halo Fans?

So people, we all know Halo 4 is coming (If you don't go outside). Do you think its coming to PC??? If it is how much more epic will it be on PC instead of Xbox. Plus if it gets ported doesn't that mean the system requirments would be fairly low?

Im a huge fan of halo 1 and 2. And still play them both on the PC. Id love to see the rest of the series brought to releaced on the PC. Even the aniversairy edditions!

I realize now that we need a max character limit in usernames. : )

Off topic, but op, love your profile pic, hes my favorite artist!

Not too excited. I have to use a controller and throw away $60 for a console game and bring out the 360 from somewhere in my closet. I used to be a huge Halo fan, got all kinds of Halo stuff but it doesn't really appeal to me anymore. Anyone want to buy a Halo Reach cardboard cutout of Noble Team just send me a PM, saving up for a GTX 680.

Agreed. Halo 1-3 are great, as with Wars (For what it is), but Reach blew it.

Anyone want an un-opened Legendary stutue from Reach???

I loved Halo 1 and 2 but stopped playing after that because I didn't own a 360 and PC gaming was gaining my interest too much.

Xim Edge

Halo's one of the few console games I still look forward to.  Always thought the story was pretty cool and the competitive multiplayer was addictively fun.  Can't wait for the new one!  Wish it was for PC, though.  The only fpses I play on console are Halo and any games that I already own for PC but double buy so I can play with my friends on XBL who unfortunately don't game on PC.

Those lag and are not accurate at all. Plus, it's other things like it's extremely narrow FOV and the gun takes up 60% of the screen so the 360 doesn't have to render what's behind it...it's a travesty.

you should try one (a Xim 3 or Xim Edge). they have 1:1 input and work perfectly.  nothing like the laggy pieces of junk that came before them.  i've tried one and was really surprised how awesome it worked.  definitely much more comfortable and accurate than a cumbersome dual analog controller.

I'll check out some reviews, maybe it will make Halo 4 worth my while again. Thanks for the link.

Also, I read every Halo novel and they are all amazing.

Which one was your favorite? Mine, totally Fall of Reach, which helped me dislike Halo Reach for it's inaccurate canon.

Agreed. The game was a giant middle finger up the fans' assholes.

I'd say either Reach or First Strike. Cole Protocol was cool, too.

i love halo one

yea i dont get why they had to change around how some of the events that took place in the book happened in the game.  i try to just overlook the "when who was where doing what's" that seem to conflict when you compare the book with the game and I look at it as simply as Chief and Blue Team, Red Team, etc. were doing their thing on one side of of the planet while Noble Team was running missions on the other, both ultimately helping the cause of guaranteeing the Pillar of Autumn's escape from Reach.  Both are pretty epic if looked at separate of each other, too.  The fight to your death ending of the game was so awesome.

I read all the books by Nylund (Fall of Reach, First Strike, and Ghosts of Onyx).  Loved all 3 of them.  I didn't get into the others or even the few that came out that take place before the Flood come into existence, I just wanted to follow the story of all the Chief's Spartan buddies that are in those 3.  Would be cool to see some of them in Halo 4 and better connect the books with the games.

I played the shit outta halo 1 and 2 but never bought a xbox 360 I went PC and haven't looked back if halo 3 came to PC I'd give it a look

I love the first two games and Reach was OK. I'd like Halo 4 to come over to the PC but it won't happen.
