Do i need a new PSU?

Hello there,
I'm about to upgrade my graphics card and I'm not sure if my PSU is good enough to run it well.
I've bought my PC in May 2012.

Current rig:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: SilentiumPC Fortis HE1225

Motherboard: ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard

Memory: Kingston HyperX 12GB (3 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 6870 Black Edition

Case: Fractal Design Define R3 Black Pearl ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: XFX Core Edition 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Sound Card: Asus Xonar DX 24-bit 192 KHz Sound Card

Operating System: Windows 7 (64-bit)

The graphics card that I'd like to upgrade to:

EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB Superclocked+ ACX 2.0+ Video Card
or
MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB Video Card

Additional notes:
My processor is currently running at 39 offset mode, 1.248 V

You should be fine as long as your PSU can supply the needed AMPS on its 12v rail

'Tis a fine PSU that you have there me matey, it'll be all good.
What you have - 53amps ~ 12v rails >>>>>> whats needed for a 980ti - 38amps ~ 12v rail
Happy sailing.

gpu will probably bottleneck

Why would it bottleneck?
If you mean that the cpu would "probably" bottleneck the 980Ti?

Well the 2500K is still a very capable cpu, it shouldnt be an issue realy.
