Is there any compatibility problems without any bifurcation ?, and what if I use C Payne Bifurcation card (x16->x8/x8) ?
The mobo needs to support bifurcation on the port you want to use a card that requires bifurcation. There are cards that do not require bifurcation for the cases where you need more then 1 nvme per card slot.

But I was read articles that if we use M.2 NVMe card with more than one M.2 slots, that potentially only detect one M.2 slots, is that true ?, and also in DL380 Gen9, PCIe bifurcation is not officially supported ?
Yes if it doesn’t support bifurcation you will only show one name. You can tell in the bios if it does support bifurcation as it will be a settings. Also ensure you are on the latest bios.
