DIY, or alternatives to Harmony Hub

Sorry in advance if this is the incorrect category.

I currently have a Harmony One Ultimate remote that I really love and I finally got around to building my HTPC using PLEX (still building out my library, but loving NVENC). I already have a small Bluetooth keyboard and mouse but would love to get my Harmony working with the Plex HTPC app. I was reading that I can add the Harmony Hub to my remote which would allow IR/RF/BT control of devices and that it works well for what I am trying to do. Unfortunately, Logitech has discontinued all remote control lines which means I have to buy used and at a very high premium. My question is if anyone knows of a good alternative that I could hopefully add to my Harmony One Ultimate via IR? Has anyone found, or done, a DIY build / Pi build?

Appreciate any input, or advice!

Just get an IR blaster and setup LIRC/WinLIRC?

Thank you. So this would receive IR from the Harmony remote and work with Windows / Plex for controls? Apologize, I don’t know much about this topic, but trying to learn more.
