DIY keyboard dust cover and storage sack

hey guys, my place is pretty dusty and i wanted to keep dusting of my PC stuff to a minimum.

So i decided to use one of my old t-shirts as a dust cover and a carrying sack for my keyboard which as many of you, spent a lot of money and sometimes, time on.

so im using this huge shirt i use to wear back when i was into echo shirts.

you will need sewing stuff

i folded the bottom the shirt back to the width of the keyboard then i folded the last bit back and sewed it all together, i secured my sewing points with safety pins

i didnt sew the middle area

this is so i can stick the keyboard cable in there

for the ends with the sleeve i added velco so you can close the ends when you stick the keyboard inside

that's it for now. gona put velco on both side and that should be it and i'll show how a keyboard fits in there.

so i finished the velcro, looks rough lol

i might have to sew the sleeves shut, its kinda floppy even with velcro.

sticking in a keyboard (should have used a full size one)

here's how that hole i created is suppose to work for the keyboard cable

goes into the original inside of the tshirt. didnt work out so well lol

well here it is. my keyboard cover

People sell USB vacuum cleaners for like 2-3-4$... Other than that - nice... Didn't expect that usage of clothing.

hehe when i need to dust i use a real vacuum with these attachments
