Hey Guys,
So after upgrading to 8.1 my display constantly flashes between my background as it normally is and the background being blank and task-bar disappearing rendering the PC useless. When I do a full restore( back to 8) the PC eventually upgrades itself to 8.1 again and so the cycle continues.
Any ideas?
