Display port 1.4+ video card to USB-C/thunderbolt (DP alt mode) monitor (adapter or cable)

Question:

Is anyone aware of a adapter (or cable) that will allow me to take a display port 1.4 output from a 3090 to a USB-C / Thunderbolt (DP) input on a monitor? I am targeting 3840 x 1600 @ 144 Hz and require 3-meters total length.

I believe that using an HDMI output on the 3090 would be harder or not work at all, but If i can make this work, I’m open to it.

Details

I have an Asus rtx-3090 tuf and a LG 38WN95C display which only has one DP input and one USB-C / Thunderbolt input that support high Refresh Rate.

NOTE: The DP is in use by a different system needing high refresh rate.
NOTE: I am also using one of the HDMI inputs

Thanks for any Assistance!

There is a Delock adapter for hdmi - usb-c alt mode. It supports 4K @ 60 Hz, I dunno if it works with lower res and higher refresh.

HDMI switch? KVM for DP?

Will hsve one on tbe store in a couple weeks

Yes, this is likely my best bet. Any update on the 10G validation?

DP kvm (4 port):

  • DP to PC-1 (High Refresh) → KVM
  • DP to PC-2 (High Refresh) → KVM
  • HDMI based PC (work laptop) → Club 3D CAC-1331 → KVM
  • OPEN Port
