I have a problem. Its my first build and i have everything running right( i think) and i plugged in the HDMI cord to my TV and I get no signal. I tried VGA on it and another monitor and nothing happened. I have no OS on it cause i just built it. I fixed the ram placement on it several times and since my MB only supports dual channel there isn't anything new i could do to it as far as i know. The TV is fairly new and the HDMI is the same one i use for my consoles.

I'd reseat the processor... I had a similar problem with my first build but once i reseated the processor it worked fine. That could be the problem or you may have a dead part somewhere (it happens sometimes). Also check all of your connections for the wires to make sure they're all good.
Check to make sure all the rails are connected. 24pin ATX etc...
Is the 4-pin connector from the power supply to the cpu connected?
it wasnt but now it is and now the power button wont turn anything on. The light on the MB is still lit
though
Upload a pic of your mobo as is right now...

bottom right
i reset those twice
Did you try to short the power pins w/ a screwdriver to get it to start? If you heard an error code from the speaker that could be useful.
The top left corner, That 4Pin needs to say the cpu... Maybe, diconnect all the PSU plugs from the board and try again... Sounds crazy right?
the speaker is silent and i dont know how to short the power pins
it seems like that's the best way to do it. Albeit tedious
You identify which 2 pins are your power pins, the ones you connect the power button to (itll say it in the manual and maybe even on the board). Then you take the screwdriver and bridge those 2 pins w/ the psu powered on and it'll start the system if everything is wired up and the speaker will give you a series of beeps if there's a problem.
will the pins be fine afterwards. Im kind of a noob and i don't want to break anything
Yes you'll be fine. It's exactly the same thing that the button does but your doing it at the pins instead of at the button. (Sorry for the late response had to do some work)
Did you take the apu out and replace it?
well i did prior to this problem
That "might" fix it... my first build wouldn't boot up (fans ran but that was it) once i did that it booted up fine
