Disabling L1 Tech KVM keyboard shortcuts

When playing pubg I semi-regularly end up needing to push ctrl ctrl 2.

Is there a way to configure / change the firmware on the l1kvm or somehow disable the keyboard shortcut? Ideally scrlk scrlk 2 would still work but its a distant 2nd to just disabling keyboard shortcuts.
