Disable CPU Core Parking? HELP!

I saw this video here on youtube about how to increase you're FPS in bf4 and other CPU demanding games,
and I don't know anything about this, so if some of you want to help me out that had been awesome!

There was a lot of people in the comments who said they was getting up to 20+ fps more, and I want to do almost anything for that,
But i will not have my CPU destroid.
These are the Core's the program wants me to unpark: http://i.imgur.com/f8ZCPX0.png

Thank you.

Geting 20fps more is bs....core parking is a windows power saveing feature just seting your power saveing to high performance will stop windows doing this.

AMD chips however (the FX chips) dont play well with this feature and if you added the windows hot fix for amd chips this will not be a problem at all.

Windows will park your core's when its not geting much use to save power when you start stressing the cpu (as bf4 will) windows will unpark the cores by its self even in "ballenced" mode.

Core parking is a Windows power saving feature that deactivates some of your cores when it feels they are not being used, reducing the power usage, heat etc. The problem is it doesn't work very well and sometimes it deactivates cores for a short period of time while you're gaming. Turning off this feature will not 'destroy' your CPU it will only make all the 4 cores active at all times thus increasing the power consumption when you are doing less intensive activity like surfing the internet.
