I've recently started having problems with my directx crashing (Mostly in BF4), and windows messages warning me about my memory usage(in almost every high performance demanding games).

I have 8gb or Ram, and a Dualx Saphire 7970 with 3gb of ram,and i5 2500k oc'ed to 4.6ghz, and windows 7 64 bit.
I wasn't getting these errors preciously, and any advice on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.
Bf 4 sucked up all your ram its happend to me a cuple of times i have to stop any background things running to save ram and i have still seen it use up to 99% of my 8gbs.
alternately you can run bf4 in x86 mode(32bit mode) then it cant use more than 4gbs of ram but i havent tested running bf4 in x86 mode
I don't think that is the issue, I've been watching the memory in my task manager while playing and the usage never goes above 6gb.
What vershon of the beta driver are you useing?
I am currently useing 13.11.9v2 (just had a look at the amd site there is a new 13.11.9.4beta driver i may try later)
