I'm looking to get drivers for my z77 ethernet chipset and going to intel's download center through their site you end up with an all chinese version of it. Da phuck? Is it just me?

Actually I just tried it on my tablet and it's working fine US-English and all. Whats going on on my end then? Anyone know why a new build PC with the latest version of chrome is redirecting to the Chinese site? Internet Explorer loads the US one fine, same computer.
