Diagnosing a wireless bridge

I have lost the far end of a wireless bridge. I need help diagnosing what part of the bridge is giving me the problem. The bridge is 2 cisco air-lap1262n-a-k9. I can see the working one on cisco prime( on main building) the other ones light code is saying its searching for a controller. my current theory is one of the external antennas are damaged(Happened after an ice storm) how would i know for sure if its the antennas and what sides antennas.

Your theory sounds likely. I'm not a networking guy so making this up a bit, but your controller should log all activity and dump that to a syslog server. If you have access to those logs at least you can verify if the client is trying to establish a link and failing (just to rule out anything else going wrong and the ice storm being a coincidence).

Past that I think you need to speak to someone with the right knowledge and tools for installing and testing this kind of kit.

You probably have this link already but if not you might find it useful:
