HI All,
I’m working computational material science using Density Functional Codes, like Quantum ESPRESSO[1] or VASP[2].
Both of these codes have a GPU port based on CUDA and are reported to have a speedup of three times.
As usual, it is recommended by NVIDIA to run these codes on either Quadro or Tesla GPU cards.
However, these are very expensive and cost as much as a computer server, hence I was looking in procuring an RTX card instead, especially Titan RTX.
So any if any user who has an RTX card install on his/her workstation or gaming system, check if the above-mentioned codes work on it or not.
