Have you read this book? It was actually written by Neil Stephenson and J. Frederick George and was originally published in 1994 under the pseudonym Stephen Bury. If you have read it, what do you think about its eerie similarities to the ongoing presidential campaigns?
Interesting blend of politics and tech that I am fairly confident you would enjoy. I'm almost certain that you have thousands of books on your reading list so if you haven't read it I hate to ask you to add another, but I wouldn't feel right if I didn't mention it. I've heard you discuss Snow Crash a few times and maybe Cryptonomicon in the past? I apologize if you also discussed this book and I missed it.
Anyone else that has read this book and would like to discuss their opinion of it, your input would be appreciated. I'm sure Logan, Wendall, Pistol, et al. would also enjoy this book. I only tagged Qain because we appear to share very similar tastes in literature.
PS. Thanks for everything Tek Syndicate has done, sorry I couldn't attend LAN syndicate, I'll buy more stuff when I can, I love your ideas and how you share them with the world, I wish I could help more, etc.
