Deus Ex is one of my favourite games of all time. Totally immersive with great characters, environments and storylines. There are, however, many other reasons to laud this game, so it's an absolute must for any gamer to experience. Smash the state.
I actually saw the Steam offer too and decided to give Human Revolution a go. For some reason it never appealed before as a sequel (sorry, prequel). I have to say I'm struggling with it but it might just be my incompatibility with recent games, owing to the fact that many feel like they're designed for console gaming. The storyline has interested me to an extent but the gameplay feels awkward. Maybe I'm just not augmented enough yet.
