Desktop not recognized as 'on' and USB devices not working

KVM Model:

2 Port 8K DisplayPort 1.4 KVM Switch with USB 3.2 Gen 2
PAAG-ET3122B

USB Interface (5-gigabit or 10-gigbit):

10-gigabit

Problem:

KVM was working fine until a few weeks ago.
2 PC’s (Desktop and Laptop) connected with displayport and usb-c (gen 3x2). All cables from Club3d.
Desktop port LED does not light up green despite being powered on. I tried the same PC on both ports and it still does not light up green. Desktop Displayport works fine, but no usb devices work through KVM. I’ve tried a mouse/keyboard on the HID, USB3.2 front facing ports, and the USB ports on the back, but none work.

The Laptop works find on both PC1 and 2 ports with USB devices.
KVM is switching fine between both computers (Red light is switching correctly).

Other Notes:

PC1: Desktop directly connected to Displayports and usb-c
PC2: Laptop through HP Docking station

Something wrong with this cable? Can you try the cable from the laptop with the PC and see if that changes anything?

Try a different USB port on the computer? If you’re using a USB on the motherboard rear IO, try a USB on the front. They can have different controllers.

Does the mouse and keyboard work normally through the PC’s USB ports?
