On my desk I have two computers one a windows machine and a Linux machine. I dont dual boot because I like switching between the two quickly. Its pretty rough though when I want to switch the machines. I have to unplug the keyboard, mouse and audio to plug it in the other desktop. I was wondering if I could get a USB and a audio switch that I can press a button and the connections would be switched in a box?
Yes, there are plenty of devices called “KVMs” (Keyboard-video-mouse, not to be confused with Kernel Virtual Machine). Just make sure it supports the right kind of video connection for your monitor and GPUs, and to NOT plug in USB devices other than your keyboard and mouse. I believe Level1Techs sells a couple of models in their store, but they may be overkill for your needs.

Another option is this software.
I’ve heard very good things about it (though I do not have any experience with it.)

There are also switches for keyboard and mouse only which are pretty cheap.
