Dell precision 7910 missing sli bridge yet comes with 2 graphics cards

I am a field service technician for unisys working on dell systems and the stupidity of dell is blowing my mind. So basically this customer of dell has been having a bunch of issues, none of the techs they hire know how dual graphics card setups run or the techs at dell over the phone so instead of realizing that the issue is there are 2 graphics cards hooked up to displays running with out a sli bridge leading to the no picture error they classify the mother board, and graphics card DOA. So I have to do a bunch of stuff to get the motherboard to even go into windows etc due to a botched windows 10 upgrade on the users end. I finish my thats and request a sli cable from dell. 2 weeks later Dell sends a new system with no fucking sli cable I shit you not, Instead of sending a new sli cable they send in a whole tower with out the fucking sli cable again.Because the 2 graphics cards will work together via magic. I come in first thing I do is take out the monitors connected to the users 2nd graphics card restart the system and it works. But still can’t use 2 graphics cards due to missing a sli cable. I know prebuilt systems are bad but this is beyond horrible. Dell is just giving nvidia quadros and mother boards to this customer with shipping labels like candy but can’t send out a simple sli bridge.

Dual SLI NVIDIA® Quadro® K5200 8GB (2 DP, 2 DL-DVI-I) (2 DP to SL-DVI adapter) [add $3,225.00] This is what they charge to fuck up…

Uhm, I'm confused, shouldn't two GPU in a system work with individual monitors without sli cable?

Looked it up turns out in some situations its possible. The work station how ever refuses to display when both cards have monitors hooked up. Gonna double check to see if its a driver issue 2marrow. It is how ever supposed to be a sli setup.

Okay shipping SLI without a SLI bridge is very courageous.

The 7910 advertised here is listed and has images of it without a SLI cable as well.

For all intents and purposes SLI is an option of which the likes of Dell probably sting the consumer some crazy amount for the SLI bridge.

Yea but dell advertises sli in the system.
