Meh, but Dell has hit the big fat bullseye.
Base Price $599 - They throw in the ugly for free.
PC Part Picker: Base Price $571.29. I price checked (using cheapest possible parts) and only got $20 cheaper, so maybe Dell is on to something here.

Basically all Dell has done is make a half-way decent pre-built DIY PC that can be expanded later. A n00b PC gamer may not think they are able to build a PC, but they will certainly be able to swap a GPU or another part or two later when the need arises. Of course Dell offers all of the options on the market. To buy one of these and spec it out to be a $2,000 top of the line gaming PC makes no sense. Also what makes no sense is the base model pairs an A10 APU with a RX560 GPU. Other models use a Ryzen CPU and a 560 GPU. That seems wiser, but maybe the A10 model is Okay, IDK?
It is what it is, an expandable entry level machine so that later when you want something better, you don't have to throw the entire thing away.
