SO I've been hearing infamous stories regarding Dell pc's where you call them up tell them what you need and they sell it to you, so overall I have yet to hear a positive thing about Dell.
My question is what is wrong with Dells, is it software side, hardware side, or neither?
Well I know I called their customer support line for my uncle last year and I gave the guy the model number and the service tag number on the PC. He said he would call me back wih a solution. Never heard a fucking thing from customer support.
overpriced PCS,alienware laptops are decent tho..
i dont know anything about customer service or software, but the computers themselves are perfectly good
