looks to be a mounted drive, like a virtual drive based on its icon. Usually Windows is pretty good about figuring out what kind of drive each one is so that you don't mistakenly defragment a flash drive. It may just be a backup partition on your hard drive though, occasionally Windows forgets to apply a readable label to it, so it doesn't have a matching HDD icon. I still wouldn't bother defragmenting it either way.
