Define R4 + Corsair H100i vs Noctua NH-D14 vs Havik 140

So, I am about to upgrade my system, and I want it to be more silent this time. I want to go with the Define R4, and maybe upgrade my mobo to a Sabertooth Z77 aswell. 

Right now i have the Cooler Master HAF 912 case, and the Noctua NH-D14 CPU cooler. 

Im pretty sure on the case, only thing im a little insecure on is the cpu cooler. I was thinking about going for the H100i water cooled system, but I don't know if it will be quieter than the Noctua, or the Havik 140, that Logan reviewed, and recommended. Any theories on which one will be the most quiet?

The NH-D14 and Havik 140 are both really quiet. You shouldn't hear them over case fans. I consider the H100i loud at default, but it can be tuned with Corsair link to your liking.
