So one of my friend recently came to me claiming that he had changed all of his programs to open with windows media player...
And sadly that was true... Is there a way to fix this without opening the reg, like a simple way.
Please help
don't need the reg, just right click on the icon and go to "open with" changing the default should be pretty easy from there
No he changed all of his shortcuts to open with it, so it's not that easy :)

Question...why in the name of Johnny Saunders has he done that? Does he have in his possession a functioning brain sir or is he working on the equivalent of an intel 4004? Haha
I don't think so, he is the opposite of a pc guy :)
Soo I know this thread is rather dated however, I've run into the same problem.... (T'was the early hours of the morning. A friend and I were modding skyrim and he clicked on something he shouldn't have... and here I am) This is my first encounter with the windows reg and needless to say I'm more than a little lost. Would anyone be able to tell me what I need to do in the windows reg? I know how to open it if that helps haha. And thanks in advance.
