Default Gateway not availble when uploading

hey guys,im having some weird issue with my internet connection,if i try to upload anything (a youtube video,or even checking the upload speed on speedtest.net) my internet crashes and gives the default gateway not availble error. the strange thing is that it seems of all computers in my house, only my gaming pc is giving this error. im sure its not a virus i have taken all sorts of precautions against computer viruses and even formatted my pc to make sure its not a virus/driver problem and it isnt,so what could be the cause?

try restarting the cable modem/router

that worked, until i tried uploading a file and the internet crashed, however this time i tried to reset my router and the computer revealed that there is an ip conflict, and i had to renew my ip address wtf is happening? could this be the router´s fault?

Your router is responsible for assigning IP addresses to the devices connected to it, so if you're having IP address conflicts it is probably an issue with the router. Do the computers on your network get their addresses using DHCP (automatically from the router) or have you set your own static IP addresses? If you set one or more computers to have a static IP address, make sure the address isn't used elsewhere--don't use it on any other computer, and whatever static address you choose, make sure it isn't in the list of addresses the router will use. Try logging in to your router with the web UI and making sure that DHCP is enabled and configured properly. Instructions on logging in to the router and the standard configuration options should be easy to find by searching for the specific model router you're using.

Do you use a wired or wireless connection? From what you describe, it sounds like a problem with the router, probably just configuration stuff, but sometimes low or inconsistent wireless signal strength has weird effects.

i use a wired connection, just by checking the Router i noticed that the IP Address isnt Static, its chosen as ''dynamic'' also the DNS server address isnt inserted to the router, its just 0.0.0.0 and yes DHCP is enabled however when it comes to network connections,i have no idea what to do,how can i make sure that it is configured properly?

dynamic means DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) is the routers DNS set to 0.0.0.0 or just your PCs DNS, you could try using googles DNS server 8.8.8.8

Sounds odd because if DNS is not configured right then you should not be able to resole URL to IPs
