I dunno if this is the right category to put this, Buuuuutt whatever lol. Alright so I'm Putting together my first gaming rig and after a couple of days of searching and reviewing parts, I think I have a decent rig planned out. But Like I said, It's my first computer and I'm new to this kind of thing so I figured I'd ask the opinions of some guys on a forum that know more about this stuff than I do. Motherboard: MSI z77a-g45 LGA 1155 Intel Z77// Processor: Intel i5 2500k// Cooling: Coolermaster Hyper 212+/// RAM: Corsair Vengance 8gb DDR3 1600///
HDD: 1tb WD Caviar Black/// SSD: ADATA premier pro 128GB//// PSU: Corsair enthusiast TX750 ATX12v EPS12v 750w//// GFX card: Gigabye Nvidia Geforce GTX 660ti (I might go 670, Idk yet)//// Case: Coolermaster elite 431 ATX Mid Tower Case It'd be great if you guys could help me out incase I have something down that won't work very well or whatever lol.
Looks good to me.
Looks good to me, very balanced build.
Looks good to me, but I would steer you away from MSI just because I've personally had some bad luck with their motherboards. Their graphics cards are amazing, but I had to replace one of their motherboards recently because I had a ton of problems with it.
I'd say go for either ASUS or Gigabyte for motherboards.
Please read the sticky before posting into the PC Gaming section next time. I've moved this thread to the correct section already.
