Debian Testing - Rolling Release

As the title says is there a Debian Testing Rolling Release model, not LMDE, base debian, dont want the extra packages from Mint, and I cannot really be bothered to cut some repos out lol, got rather lazy lately haha.

Reason I want Debian over anything is because of the system its self, the system is very light out of the box, and I love a light system, less security issues, less performance foot print, less problems with packages and the fact I can keep an eye on things easily, the rolling release system is something I have loved since I first used Arch, the reason why I cant use Arch is because the stuff I need from uni is .deb, and I dont trust converters to allow the package to work as well, cant afford bugs, which again is why I want debian testing, while its testing its still stable, and rolling release keeps me up to date on packages and I can easily add kernel updates in.

Thanks!

No. But there is Debian unstable (sid) which is essentially the same thing. Expect occasional breakages.
