I’ve been scouring various deals forums and reddit threads looking for a 128g ram kit for my Threadripper, without any luck.
Tons of deals on 2x8 and 4x8 kits, some 2x16 kits but haven’t seen any 4x16 or 8x16 kits.
Are the yields on high density chips so low that they don’t go on sale, or is it something else?
Have you seen a good deal, like under 500 for 128g?
Would it be doomed to fail stacking four 2x16 kits?
