HDMI 2.1 KVM w/EDID & Serial Control - Dual Monitor - Four Computer

USB Interface (5-gigabit or 10-gigbit):

Problem:

Hi, I’m trying to use DDC to control monitor brightness (through Lunar). When the monitor is connected directly to my computer (MacBook Pro 16-inch 2019 - i9), then the brightness control works. When I connect it through the KVM, the tool cannot control the monitor. I’m having LG 32UL950.

Is DDC/CI something that should be supported on this KVM?

Having the same issue on the HDMI 2.1 KVM w/EDID - Dual Monitor Two computer. I’ve tried a couple different hdmi cords to rule that out.

The display that I’m testing it with is an Acer CB242Y
