ok, methinks my chrome has problemz. first, frequently, pages will suddenly 'fail to display'. also, chrome uses shitloads of memory. and now, java won't work at all... even after installing it twice... says plugin is installed in chrome://plugins, but still says I don't have it on the web pages....
anyone else having issues like this....
I think it's time to install chromium.....
I have no issues with chrome myself, don't even notice the memory use and I usually have 5-12 tabs open while gaming idk, hopefully someone can help you out it's a good browser, try to uninstall it completely (all user data and your google user data) and install it again.
just installed it, without removing, java works now....
mem leak may be plugged.....
I've just switched back to Firefox for my primary browser because chrome got really slow and glitches up every now and then.
Chrome is based off of Chromium but with auto update and a crazy eula,So why not just use it?
I forgot to say with Chromium on Windows it runs out of a folder so put the folder somewhere like program files or my documents or something, open Chromium, and then pin it to the taskbar.

nooo, my chrome still crashes after the recent ipdate. It's driving me crazy
