So I got an Asgard V1 AMP instead of the Magni (got a crazy deal on it) so I was wondering what would be a good DAC to pair it with but sub $150.

First, the O2 is an amp, not a DAC. What you're thinking of is an ODAC.
And honestly, pretty much everything is pretty damn transparent these days, so just go with whatever has the inputs/outputs and any other features you want.
yea I had a little confusion about the o2.
I think I'll get the Modi, in my price range and has all I need.
The Modi should be fine. Looks nice and sexy, too.
