Swipe up/down to change selections: Swipe right to select, or left to go back.
Option:
Reboot system now
apply update

wipe cache partition
Wipe media
______
When I click the apply up date it asks to go from ADB or internal storage but Idk what to do... please help!

Try reflashing the stock images maybe, then put cyanogen back on it?

And if you downloaded an updated version of the ROM already, do "Apply update" from internal storage, then navigate to the .zip file it downloaded.
If all else fails, download the CyanogenMod Installer from get.cm and run through the process
Before you download the installer, first try to factory data reset, and then wipe the dalvik cache.

I can't download an updated version.... It won't let me because my cpmputer doesn't recognize it and if cyanogenmod automatically downloaded something I cant find it

Cyanogen downloaded the updated version. Its probably in your downloads folder, or CM or something like that. That's the file.you need.
Try downloading it on an other computer.

That wouldn't work because Usb debugging probably isn't on
boot into the bootloader and flash stock onto it via ADB/fastboot

+1, if you don't know what youre doing, start with stock and take it slow. That's how I learned.

Don't worry guys... i got it now... Had to reset everything. Oh well. Next time it wants to update what do i do? Do I have to download something from my computer or will cyanogenmod auto download it then i just have to go into the install and search for it in a folder?
try the auto installer from get.cm
